It is our job to become experts on your business with minimal disruption to your operation. The kick off meeting is the one time where everyone involved from both companies meet to discuss the project. On our side this includes the project manager, web developer, graphic designer, and the copy writer. On the client side this can include the Director of Marketing, Managing Partners, C level Executives, or anyone who can bring value to the project. The logistics of getting everyone in the same room can be challenging. This is why our goal for the kick off meeting is to get all of the input we need for the entire project.
We ask you questions related to every part of the business such as your company history, your ideal customer, how your product works, your business goals, your competitors, current marketing strategies, and much more. The kick off meeting is the one time where all the key players from both companies simultaneously give their undivided attention to the project. We also designate a point of contact moving forward to help organize and filter feedback, and streamline the approval process.
